Financial Planning Analyst

International Airport S.A. is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial planning analyst to join its team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Manage Financial Frameworks
  • Support Strategic Decision-Making with Data-Driven Insights
  • Closely Collaborate with Departments to Ensure Financial Visibility and Control
  • Develop and Maintain Long-Term Financial Models to Support Business Planning
  • Consolidate Inputs, Validate Assumptions, and Support Forecast Accuracy
  • Prepare Management Reports, Dashboards, and Variance Analyses to Support Financial Oversight
  • Monitor Budget Execution and Provide Insights on Deviations, Cost Drivers, and Performance Trends
  • Maintain Headcount and Operational Cost Tracking Models
  • Support the Development and Implementation of MIS Tools to Enhance Reporting Automation and Accuracy
  • Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of Financial Data Flows and Forecasting Methodologies

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or business controlling
  • Prior experience in capital-intensive industries is highly desirable
  • Experience in infrastructure or airport development projects is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., MIS dashboards)
  • Good working knowledge of financial modeling; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred
