Η θέση της Γραμματέως HR συνίσταται στην προώθηση της αποδοτικότητας του τμήματος και την υποστήριξη των διαδικασιών.

  • Επιβλέπει τη διαδικασία επιλογής και προσέλκυσης υποψηφίων.
  • Υποστηρίζει το τμήμα με τηνدارة των καθηκόντων και τις ανάγκες του.
  • Διατηρεί τα αρχεία του προσωπικού και τις εκπαιδεύσεις.
  • Παρακολουθεί την πορεία των εκπαιδεύσεων και των πιστοποιήσεων.
  • Συνδύνασις διευθυντών για την καταγγελία των δικαιολογητικών.
Απαιτούμενα Επαγγέλουμα
  • Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία 2-3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε στελέχωση ΙΤ θέσεων.
  • Εμπειρία στην χρήση HR software εργαλείων.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση πλατφόρμας LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office.
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών & Αγγλικών (σε γραπτό & προφορικό λόγο).
