We're looking for a Swedish-speaking professional to join our team in Greece. As a Customer Expert, you will be responsible for identifying customers' needs and delivering appropriate solutions.

Job Description
  • You will work with customers to understand their requirements and provide support to resolve any issues they may have.
  • You will also be responsible for guiding customers through the process of placing an order and handling any related inquiries.
  • In addition, you will assist customers with account issues and troubleshoot technical problems.

You will work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge and ideas and contribute to the team's success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must have excellent communication skills in Swedish, as well as good command of English (B2+).
  • You should have sales experience with consumer products and services, which will be an asset.
  • You should also have technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems and advanced internet research skills.
  • An empathetic soul with strong communication skills is essential for this role.
  • A positive and adventurous attitude is also required.
