- Support German-speaking Netflix subscribers
- Communicate through chat & phone with subscribers
- Answer how-to questions about payment
- Troubleshoot streaming and content issues
- Assist subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix
- Excellent German language skills
- Fluency in English
- Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Full support for relocation to Greece (flight tickets expenses, hotel accommodation, house searching process covered)
