**Business Systems Analyst**
Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα έχει τις παρακάτω αρμοδιότητες:
- Διαμόρφωση και υλοποίηση της πολιτικής εισπράξεων και ρυθμίσεων επί των απαιτήσεων από πιστοδοτήσεις Λιανικής Τραπεζικής, δηλαδή Κτηματικής, Καταναλωτικής Πίστης και Πιστωτικών Καρτών καθώς και από πιστοδοτήσεις προς Μικρομεσαίες Επιχειρήσεις
- Τμηματοποίηση του χαρτοφυλακίου Απαιτήσεων Λιανικής, που είναι σε αθέτηση ή παρουσιάζει ενδείξεις αθέτησης, για τη διαμόρφωση πολιτικής διαχείρισής του
- Παρακολούθηση και τη μέριμνα για την είσπραξη των απαιτήσεων της Τράπεζας από τρίτους (Ελληνικό Δημόσιο και Οργανισμοί), με τη μορφή χρηματοδοτήσεων, επιδοτήσεων, προμηθειών, εγγυήσεων κ.λπ., για πιστοδοτήσεις/απαιτήσεις Λιανικής Τραπεζικής και γενικότερα την παρακολούθηση της εφαρμογής των συμβάσεων με τους φορείς αυτούς
- Παρακολούθηση των Διεθνών Προτύπων Διαχείρισης των Καθυστερήσεων Λιανικής Τραπεζικής καθώς και αυτών του ανταγωνισμού και την υποβολή συναφών προτάσεων με στόχο τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας του σχετικού χαρτοφυλακίου
**Requirements**:
- Πτυχίο Ανώτερης ή Ανώτατης Σχολής Θετικών/Οικονομικών Επιστημών, Πληροφορικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Πολυτεχνικών Σχολών
- Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος MBA, Πληροφορικής, Οικονομικής, Θετικής κατεύθυνσης θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν
Σε περίπτωση ύπαρξης ισότιμου τίτλου προπτυχιακών ή μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών της αλλοδαπής, πρέπει να είναι αναγνωρισμένος σύμφωνα με όσα προβλέπονται από τη Νομοθεσία.
- Εξειδικευμένες γνώσεις:
Απαραίτητες
- Άριστη γνώση MS OFFICE (κυρίως EXCEL)
Επιθυμητές
- Εμπειρία στη συγκέντρωση απαιτήσεων και τη διενέργεια ελέγχων διασφάλισης ποιότητας συστημάτων
- Εμπειρία στη σύνταξη ερωτημάτων SQL
- Εμπειρία στην ανάλυση δεδομένων και στην ανάπτυξη αναφορών
- Γνώση ξένων γλωσσών και επίπεδο: Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (C1) που θα προκύπτει είτε από σχετικό τίτλο είτε από σπουδές σε αγγλόφωνο Πανεπιστήμιο.

- Άριστη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο.
- Αναλυτική και συνθετική σκέψη
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου και κατάλληλης ιεράρχησης καθηκόντων
- Ικανότητα εκτέλεσης εργασιών σύμφωνα με προκαθορισμένα χρονοδιαγράμματα
- Θετική συνεργατική προσέγγιση για την εξεύρεση λύσεων - Ομαδικότητα
- Ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών για επίλυση προβλημάτων
