**Απαιτήσεις Θέσης**
- Καταχωρεί τα τιμολόγια και τα δελτία αποστολής κατά την παραλαβή εμπορευμάτων από τους προμηθευτές
- Εκδίδει τις αποδείξεις και τα τιμολόγια για τις παραγγελίες των καταστημάτων
- Καταχωρεί στοιχεία και εκδίδει αναφορές σχετικά με επιμέρους λειτουργίες της Αποθήκης, όπως καταστροφές εμπορευμάτων, απογραφές και τα αναλώσιμα είδη
- Επικοινωνεί και συνεργάζεται με τα καταστήματα για τη διαχείρηση επιστροφών και διαφορών παραλαβής εμπορευμάτων
- Επικοινωνεί και συνεργάζεται με την Οικονομική διεύθυνση για την επίλυση θεμάτων που προκύπτουν
**Προφίλ Υποψηφίου**
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ, ΤΕΙ Λογιστικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή σε συναφές αντικείμενο
- Τουλάχιστον 1 έτος εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση μηχανογράφησης ή λογιστηρίου, σε περιβάλλον αποθήκης, λιανικού ή χονδρικού εμπορίου
- Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office. Γνώση SAP ή ERP συστημάτων θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Πολύ καλές ικανότητες οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης χρόνου και σωστής διαχείρισης διαδικασιών
- Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και κίνητρο για συνεχή μάθηση και βελτίωση
- Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Αξιοπιστία και ακεραιότητα
