την Θεσσαλονίκη, αναζητά Training Officer που θα αναλάβει αντίστοιχες αρμοδιότητες για μεγάλο αριθμό εργαζομένων.
Καθήκοντα Θέσης
Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα ασχοληθεί, μεταξύ άλλων, με τον σχεδιασμό αποτελεσματικών εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων,
την προετοιμασία εκπαιδευτικού υλικού, την υποστήριξη και καθοδήγηση νέων υπαλλήλων, την παρακολούθηση των επιδόσεων
του προσωπικού, καθώς και την τήρηση σχετικού αρχείου.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Κάτοχος τίτλου σπουδών σχετικού με το αντικείμενο (Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό, Οικονομικά)
Τουλάχιστον 3 έως 5 χρόνια αντίστοιχης εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε οργάνωση εκπαιδεύσεων
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά) και χρήση H/Y
Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, παρουσίασης και διαχείρισης χρόνου
Κριτική σκέψη και λήψη αποφάσεων
Απαραίτητες συστατικές επιστολές από προηγούμενους εργοδότες
