Στα πλαίσια αυτής της δραστηριότητας αναζητούμε, για λογαριασμό μεγάλου πελάτη μας, έναν B 2Β Advisor με στόχο την ένταξη του στην ομάδα πωλήσεων μας, ώστε να συμβάλει με την εμπειρία του και τον δυναμισμό του στην περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη της.
**Οι κύριες αρμοδιότητες της θέσης**:
- Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση πελατών με στόχο τη διατήρηση και κλείσιμο νέων συμβολαίων
- Προετοιμασία σεναρίων προσέγγισης B2B πελατών και εφαρμογή τους, σε συνεννόηση με τους team-leaders
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων, διαχείριση αντιρρήσεων και αντιμετώπιση προκλήσεων που προκύπτουν κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας πώλησης.
- Ανατροφοδότηση με προτάσεις προς βελτίωση διαδικασιών, υπηρεσιών και προϊόντος από την αγορά και τους πελάτες μας
- Επίτευξη μηνιαίων στόχων B2B πωλήσεων
- Δημιουργία και διαμόρφωση report πωλήσεων και τακτική συμμετοχή στα meetings της εταιρείας πωλήσεων
**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα**:
- Εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση B2B Sales / Business Development θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα.
- Αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία και διαπραγμάτευση με B2B.
- Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες παρουσίασης και πειθούς.
- Αποτελεσματικότητα κάτω από συνθήκες πίεσης και ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων.
- Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου.
- Καλές γνώσεις Ms Office και ιδιαίτερα Excel & Powerpoint
