Η ΜΕΤΑδραση είναι μία βραβευμένη για το έργο της Ανθρωπιστική Οργάνωση που στοχεύει στη κάλυψη κρίσιμων και ουσιαστικών κενών στην υποδοχή και ένταξη των προσφύγων και μεταναστών που βρίσκονται στην Ελλάδα. Από το 2010 που ιδρύθηκε, η ΜΕΤΑδραση έχει αναπτύξει πρωτοπόρες δράσεις, οι οποίες εστιάζουν στους ακόλουθους τομείς: της διερμηνείας, της προστασίας ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων, της υποστήριξης ευάλωτων ομάδων, της νομικής εκπροσώπησης, της εκπαίδευσης και της ένταξης.
**Καθήκοντα θέσης**:
Εγκατάσταση νέων, παραμετροποίηση και ανασυγκρότηση servers, tablets, smartphones και σταθμών εργασίας
Εγκατάσταση και παραμετροποίηση hardware, περιφερειακών υπηρεσιών, αντιγράφων ασφαλείας, αρχείων καταγραφής προβλημάτων, ανάλογα με τις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες
Παρακολούθηση συστημάτων και εφαρμογών (on site και remote) για εύρυθμη λειτουργία και διαθεσιμότητα, server logs, scheduled tasks και αντιγράφων ασφαλείας
Παροχή υποστήριξης σε καθημερινά τεχνικά προβλήματα σε τερματικούς σταθμούς και εφαρμογές
Εκπαίδευση χρηστών σε χρήση εφαρμογών
Δημιουργία και διατήρηση προτύπων διαδικασίας και συμβολή στην αυτοματοποίηση διαδικασιών
Δημιουργία αναφορών συστημάτων, capacity planning, topology planning
Εφαρμογή αναβαθμίσεων και περιοδικών ελέγχων
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Πτυχιούχος ΑΕΙ-ΤΕΙ (κατεύθυνση Πληροφορικής)
Προϋπηρεσία τριών έως πέντε (3-5) ετών σε ανάλογη θέση
Γνώσεις δικτύων και τοπολογίας LAN/WAN
Γνώσεις ασύρματων δικτύων
Γνώσεις χρήσης/διαχείρισης OS λειτουργικών Linux, Windows 10, Windows Server 2019 και Android, iOS
Εξαιρετική γνώση Microsoft Office
Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
