**Ο** **πελάτης** **μας**:
Με έδρα στο **Κέντρο της Αθήνας**, ο πελάτης μας δραστηριοποιείται στην παροχή Πιστοποιημένων Σεμιναρίων Επαγγελματικής Κατάρτισης καθώς και εξετάσεων γλωσσομάθειας και ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών. Σε έναν ολοκαίνουργιο χώρο, υλοποιούνται εξ αποστάσεως και δια ζώσης εκπαιδευτικές υπηρεσίες για φοιτητές, αποφοίτους, υποψηφίους και εργαζομένους που αναζητούν την ανάπτυξη των επαγγελματικών τους δεξιοτήτων.
**Τι θα αναλάβεις**:
- Την τεχνική υποστήριξη για την ορθή λειτουργία της πλατφόρμας παροχής Εκπαιδευτικών Σεμιναρίων (Moodle)
- Τον έλεγχο λειτουργικότητας και συνδέσεων των χρηστών
- Συνεχές troubleshooting για την άριστη προετοιμασία και τον τελικό έλεγχο πριν και κατά την διάρκεια των Εκπαιδεύσεων και των Εξετάσεων Πιστοποίησης
**Τι αναζητούμε**:
- Πτυχιούχο ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ σε θέματα Πληροφορικής, Δικτύων ή Τηλεπικοινωνιών
- Εμπειρία 1 χρόνο σε ρόλους Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης Πληροφορικής Τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office και λογισμικού Hardware - Software
- Πιθανή γνώση και εμπειρία σε πλατφόρμες Εκπαίδευσης (πχ Moodle) θα αποτελέσει ένα σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα
- Ικανότητα οργάνωσης συντονισμού δράσης ελέγχου δραστηριοτήτων/διεργασιών
- Αποτελεσματική ικανότητα υλοποίησης ευρείας κλίμακας τεχνικών εργασιών
- Διαπροσωπικές ικανότητες επίλυσης τεχνικών ζητημάτων
