**Περιγραφή**
Κορυφαία εξαγωγική βιομηχανία με μεγάλη ανάπτυξη στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό και συνεχείς επενδύσεις σε εγκαταστάσεις
και ανθρώπινο δυναμικό, επιθυμεί να καλύψει την θέση του/ της Human Resources & Payroll Manager.
**Καθήκοντα Θέσης**
Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α ως επικεφαλής του τμήματος, θα αναλάβει την διαχείριση και εποπτεία όλων των θεμάτων που σχετίζονται με την άριστη διαχείριση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού της εταιρείας, σε θέματα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού - διαδικασίες, συστήματα, εκπαίδευση, αξιολόγηση - και σε θέματα Μισθοδοσίας - διαχείριση και έκδοση μισθοδοσίας. Επίσης την διοίκηση και συντονισμό
των εργαζομένων του τμήματος και θα αναφέρεται άμεσα στην Διοίκηση της εταιρείας.
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ, κατά προτίμηση Οικονομικών ή Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων (επιθυμητή η εξειδίκευση στο HR)
Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη αντίστοιχης επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας κατά προτίμηση στο βιομηχανικό κλάδο
Γνώση προγραμμάτων software Μισθοδοσίας, όπως Business Μισθοδοσία/HRM (EPSILLONET)
Γνώση συστημάτων και διαδικασιών αξιολόγησης απόδοσης, πρόβλεψη και κάλυψη αναγκών σε ανθρώπινο δυναμικό
Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών και Η/Υ - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Γνώση της εργατικής νομοθεσίας και του πληροφοριακού συστήματος ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
Ομαδικό πνεύμα με καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα επίλυσης συγκρούσεων
Απαραίτητες συστατικές επιστολές από προηγούμενους εργοδότες
