Σε μία τυπική ημέρα θα βοηθήσεις οδηγούς να κλείσουν θέση σε κάποιο από τα parking που συνεργάζονται με το ParkAround. Θα βοηθήσεις συνεργάτες μας (parking) να διαχειριστούν τις κρατήσεις τους και τέλος θα παρέχεις υποστήριξη σχετικά με το διαχειριστικό σύστημα που παρέχουμε στα parking και ονομάζεται Parkadoro.
**Σχετικά με προσόντα που χρειάζονται για αυτή τη θέση**:
Αγάπη και άνεση με την τεχνολογία. Χρησιμοποιούμε αρκετά online εργαλεία και θα πρέπει να μπορείς τα διαχειριστείς. Ενδεικτικά, Notion, Missive, Slack, Teams και το δικό μας διαχειριστικό back-office σύστημα.
Υπομονή και ευστροφία. Θα πρέπει να μπορείς να καταλάβεις τι βοήθεια χρειάζεται ο πελάτης με τις απολύτως απαραίτητες πληροφορίες απο εκείνον. Δε μας αρέσει όταν ξοδεύουμε χρόνο να εξηγήσουμε ένα πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίζουμε στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών άλλων υπηρεσιών και προϊόντων και τελικά να διαπιστώνουμε πως δεν εχουν καταλάβει αυτό που λέμε, συνεπώς δε θέλουμε να κάνουμε το ίδιο και στους δικούς μας πελάτες / χρήστες / συνεργάτες.
Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε customer support. Μετράει θετικά, ειδικά αν συνοδεύεται απο συστάσεις.
Το εργασιακό περιβάλλον είναι ήρεμο, υπάρχει καθημερινά δωρεάν μεσημεριανό μαγειρευτό φαγητό στο γραφείο και βρισκόμαστε στο Γκάζι (δίπλα στο μετρό).
