Ο Όμιλος Εταιριών Σπυρίδη με εμπορική, τεχνική, βιομηχανική δραστηριότητα και Ηγετική θέση στον κλάδο του, αναζητά για την έδρα του στην Αθήνα, έναν Ιnternal Operations Manager/ Διευθυντή Εσωτερικής Λειτουργίας με τις εξής αρμοδιότητες:
Προγραμματισμό, επίβλεψη και συντονισμό της καθημερινής λειτουργίας μεταξύ των τμημάτων για την διασφάλιση και ομαλή πρόοδο και παραγωγικότητα
Διαχείριση Δια τμηματικών έργων Projects και συντονισμός ομάδων έργων, για την διασφάλιση ποιοτικού και έγκαιρου αποτελέσματος
Αξιολόγηση και βελτιστοποίηση της αποτελεσματικότητας των διαδικασιών σε όλους τους τομείς λειτουργίας
Διασφάλιση τήρησης των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών και λειτουργιών του Οργανισμού
Προώθηση της εταιρικής εικόνας του Οργανισμού και εφαρμογή αποτελεσματικής και επικοινωνιακής στρατηγικής
**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα**:
Πανεπιστημιακός τίτλος Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Οικονομικών σπουδών
Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 10 ετών σε Διοικητική θέση ευθύνης
Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και συντονισμού με άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας
Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Άριστη γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ
