H Bien.gr είναι μέλος του Elevate Greece, με έδρα τη Θεσσαλονίκη. Ασχολούμαστε με το real estate asset management (διαχείριση επενδύσεων σε ακίνητα) και crowdfunding.
Αναζητούμε έναν online business development manager (part time) με υπόβαθρο στις πωλήσεις και μάρκετινγκ για να μας βοηθήσει να μας βοηθήσει να διευρύνουμε τo πελατολόγιο μας και να βρούμε νέα έργα. Ο υποψήφιος θα ενημερώνει πιθανουν επενδυτες, θα αναπτύσει στρατηγικές συνεργασίες και να ενισχύσει την παρουσία του brand στην αγορά. Αυτός ο ρόλος είναι ιδανικός για καποιον που του αρέσει ένα εξελισσόμενο περιβάλλον μιας startup και είναι ικανός να καταλάβει τις αδυναμίες και να βελτιώσει τις υπάρχουσες διαδικασιες.

- Ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών για την προσέλκυση και διατήρηση επενδυτών, αξιοποιώντας ψηφιακά εργαλεία μάρκετινγκ και καμπάνιες.
- Οnline παρουσίαση πιθανών νέων έργων και στρατηγικών
- Δημιουργία και διατήρηση σχέσεων με επενδυτές, μεσίτες ακινήτων, εταιριες αναπτυξης ακινητων
- Συνεργασία με διασταυρωμένες ομάδες για να διασφαλιστεί η ευθυγράμμιση των δραστηριοτήτων ανάπτυξης επιχειρήσεων με τους στόχους της εταιρείας.
- Χρήση συστημάτων CRM για τη διαχείριση των επαφεων με τους επενδυτές και αλλους stakeholders
- Δημιουργία ενημερωτικου υλικου και παρουσιάσεων που επικοινωνούν την αξίας της πλατφόρμας μας.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Εμπειρία στις πωλήσεις, το μάρκετινγκ ή την ανάπτυξη επιχειρήσεων
- Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες, με την ικανότητα να αναπτύσσει σχέσεις με ένα ευρύ φάσμα ενδιαφερομένων.
- Γνώση των εργαλείων ψηφιακού μάρκετινγκ και content creation.
- Αναλυτικές δεξιότητες, με προσέγγιση στη λήψη αποφάσεων βάσει δεδομένων.
- Αυτενέργεια με ικανότητα να εργάζεται ανεξάρτητα και ως μέλος μιας ομάδας.
- Να ειστε ανετος/τη να εργαζεστε remotely με ευέλικτο ωράριο
- Πτυχίο σε συναφή τομέα ή σχετικές πιστοποιήσεις
