Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα έχει την ικανότητα να διαχειρίζεται αποτελεσματικά την λειτουργία του SPA & Beauty Center της Premium Wellness. Ο υποψήφιος χρειάζεται να έχει προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχο χώρο με υπηρεσίες μασάζ, θεραπειών, κομμωτηρίου και περιποίησης άνω και κάτω άκρων.
- οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση λειτουργίας με βάση τα πρωτόκολλα και τις διαδικασίες
- επιλογή και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- διαχείριση και συμβουλευτική υποστήριξη προσωπικού
- παρακολούθηση των στόχων και budgets των projects (KPIs)
- ποιοτικοί και ποσοτικοί έλεγχοι (audits)
- ανάπτυξη κύκλου εργασιών
- έλεγχος και προμήθεια προιόντων και εξοπλισμού και συνεργασία με τις συνεργαζόμενες εταιρίες
- δημιουργία μενού υπηρεσιών
- παροχή υπηρεσίας αισθητικής και μασάζ ή/και κομμωτηρίου ή/και περιποίησης άνω και κάτω άκρων
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- αναγνωρισμένο πτυχίο αισθητικού θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν
- Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
