**Basic Information**
Για λογαριασμό πελάτη μας, **κορυφαίο Όμιλο στον τομέα της Ενέργειας με ηγετική θέση στην εγχώρια και διεθνή αγορά**, αναζητούμε **Junior Project Manager Κατασκευής Έργων Υποδομής**.
**Responsibilities**
- Συμμετέχει στη σύνταξη του προϋπολογισμού του Έργου και στη παρακολούθηση - έλεγχο της τήρησής του
- Συντάσσει το Χρονοδιάγραμμα του Έργου και παρακολουθεί την πρόοδο των εργασιών
- Αναζητά και αξιολογεί Προμηθευτές/ Εργολάβους για την προμήθεια υλικών και την εκτέλεση εργασιών
- Συντάσσει συμβάσεις κατασκευής και παρακολουθεί την εκτέλεσή τους
- Ελέγχει τις μελέτες εντοπίζοντας έγκαιρα τυχόν σφάλματα ή παραλείψεις και προβαίνει σε διορθωτικές ενέργειες
- Ενημερώνει τον Διευθυντή Κατασκευών για την εξέλιξη του Έργου
- Προλαμβάνει και επιλύει τεχνικά προβλήματα κατασκευής του Έργου
- Προετοιμάζει καθημερινές, εβδομαδιαίες και μηνιαίες αναφορές προόδου
- Εποπτεύει και συντονίζει όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη που συμβάλλουν στην επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση των παραπάνω
**Basic Requirements**
- Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ
- 2 έτη κατ' ελάχιστο εμπειρία ως Project Manager ή Project Planner σε πολύπλοκα κατασκευαστικά έργα, επιθυμητή σε έργα ΑΠΕ
- Γνώσεις MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και μεθοδικότητα
- Τήρηση διαδικασιών
- Αποτελεσματική διαχείριση ταυτόχρονα πολλών θεμάτων
- Εργατικότητα, συνέπεια, προσαρμοστικότητα
