Η Emphasis DigiWorld προσφέρει λύσεις operational intelligence που υποστηρίζουν τον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό της παραγωγικής βιομηχανίας, της μεταλλευτικής δραστηριότητας και των logistics. Αναπτύσσει τεχνολογίες αιχμής IIoT και cloud που προσφέρουν λύσεις, ενσωματωμένες στην υποδομή και διαδικασίες των πελατών της, απαντώντας σε απαιτητικές ανάγκες και παρέχοντας υψηλή προστιθέμενη αξία.
Το τμήμα Business Consultants συμμετέχει ενεργά στις εταιρικές διαδικασίες των πελατών, έχοντας ρόλο partner για την επίτευξη των εταιρικών τους στόχων. Για την επέκταση των υπηρεσιών που προσφέρουμε στους πελάτες μας θα στελεχώσουμε το τμήμα με νέα θέση Junior Business Consultant.
O Junior Business Consultant οργανώνει και εκτελεί καθημερινές εργασίες, για λογαριασμό πελατών και υποστηρίζει την επιχειρηματική τους δραστηριότητα. Αναλύει δεδομένα για να εντοπίσει αδυναμίες / προβλήματα και για να κατανοήσει τις αιτίες που τα δημιουργούν. Αναφέρει σε τακτική βάση τα ευρήματα των αναλύσεων, βρίσκεται σε επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες και συμμετέχει στη διαμόρφωση προτάσεων που θα αυξήσουν την αποδοτικότητα και την ασφάλεια των διαδικασιών των πελατών, με βάση τους στόχους αλλά και τους περιορισμούς τους.
Ο Junior Business Consultant συμμετέχει σε projects με αντικείμενο:
Ανάλυση και ερμηνεία δεδομένων πελατών
Παραγωγή ημερήσιων, εβδομαδιαίων ή μηνιαίων αναφορών σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του πελάτη
Προετοιμασία παρουσιάσεων
Καταγραφή διαδικασιών
Συγγραφή εγχειριδίων
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα για την θέση**:
Πτυχίο ανώτατης σχολής (Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Μarketing, Μηχανικών, Θετικών επιστημών)
Αποδεδειγμένα προσόντα
στη διάγνωση και ανάλυση προβλημάτων
στη διαχείριση χρόνου και στην παράδοση έργων σε προκαθορισμένα χρονικά πλαίσια
στην ομαδική εργασία
στην επικοινωνία και στις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις
Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
**Επιθυμητά προσόντα**:
Γνώση εταιρικών διαδικασιών και εργασιακή εμπειρία 2 ετών σε κάποια από τις παρακάτω δραστηριότητες: logistics / βιομηχανική παραγωγή / μεταλλευτική δραστηριότητα
Εμπειρία, αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα στη συλλογή, επεξεργασία και ανάλυση δεδομένων
Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές
