Ενδιαφερόμαστε να προσθέσουμε στο ανθρώπινο δυναμικό των ξενοδοχείων του Ομίλου μας, Divani Caravel στην Καισαριανή, Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso στο Καβούρι, Divani Palace Acropolis στο Κουκάκι-Ακρόπολη, εργαζόμενους για το τμήμα του Front Office.
Αρμοδιότητες
Εύρυθμη λειτουργία της υποδοχής, ταμείου, check-in, check-out.
Ενημέρωση και εξυπηρέτηση επιθυμιών πελατών, concierge.
Χειρισμός κρατήσεων, παραπόνων, μηνυμάτων πελατών.
Αύξηση πωλήσεων δωματίων, upselling.
Προσόντα
Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, και μίας άλλης ξένης γλώσσας.
Επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχείο 4* ή 5*.
Kαλή γνώση ξενοδοχειακών προγραμμάτων (κατά προτίμηση Protel).
Διαχείριση Online Booking Engines (channel manager, primal res,webhotelier).
Άριστη επαφή με πελάτες και συνεργάτες.
Άριστη γνώση H/Y, MS Office.
Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας.
Oργανωτικό και επικοινωνιακό προφίλ.
Παρατηρητικότητα και μεθοδικότητα.
