**Κυρια καθήκοντα**
- Διαδικτυακή επαλήθευση και επεξεργασία αιτημάτων/ερωτημάτων πελατών Τραπεζικού Οργανισμού
- Διανομή πληροφοριών και απαντήσεων στον τελικό πελάτη
- Μonitoring/reporting
**Requirements**:
- Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ
- Πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ και EXCEL (reports)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών
- Επιθυμητή εμπειρία 1-2 έτη σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο
