Procurement Backoffice Assistant (Έδρα: Θεσσαλονίκη)
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Αποστολή contracts
- Καταχώρηση ΠΠΡ (εσωτερικού/εξωτερικού)
- Παρακολούθηση αφίξεων
- Παρακολούθηση ολοκλήρωσης φακέλου εισαγωγών με όλα τα έγγραφα ώστε να προωθείται στον εκτελωνιστή
- Παραλαβή εγγράφων και έλεγχος αυτών
- Παρακολούθηση φορτώσεων (αν δεν φορτώθηκε κάτι στη συμφωνημένη ημερομηνία)
- Παρακολούθηση επιβεβαιωμένων ετικετών Παρακολούθηση
- δαπανών (εγκρίσεις και συμφωνίες)
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**
- Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών ή παρεμφερούς αντικειμένου
- Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ, Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM
- Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και επίτευξης των προκαθορισμένων στόχων
- Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
- Εχεμύθεια και εμπιστευτικότητα
