Your main purpose

Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to create the Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and assist in gathering information to define and develop project budgets.

Assist within the analysis of purchase needs, determining risk, challenges, and strengths.

Conduct local and international market research to identify potential suppliers and products.

Request and evaluate offers, ensuring they meet Specifications and Operations (Specs/Ops) requirements.

Compare offers and provide detailed evaluations to the Senior Manager and company standards.

Manage the ordering process and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project schedules.

What will you bring?

BSc or BA in a related field (MSc, MA, or MBA preferred).

Proven experience in FF&E procurement or a related field, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and manage cross-functional tasks.

Knowledge of market trends and supplier evaluation, as well as project management and budget development.

Proficiency in English, Greek and/or Spanish (Portuguese will be valued).

Solid tools knowledge to support project management, procurement, and reporting needs.
