Your main responsibility

• Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to create the Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and assist in gathering information to define and develop project budgets.
• Assist within the analysis of purchase needs, determining risk, challenges, and strengths.
• Conduct local and international market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
• Request and evaluate offers, ensuring they meet Specifications and Operations (Specs/Ops) requirements.
• Compare offers and provide detailed evaluations to the Senior Manager and company standards.
• Manage the ordering process and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project schedules.

Your main qualifications/skills

• BSc or BA in a related field (MSc, MA, or MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in FF&E procurement or a related field, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and manage cross-functional tasks.
• Knowledge of market trends and supplier evaluation, as well as project management and budget development.
• Proficiency in English, Greek and/or Spanish (Portuguese will be valued).
• Solid tools knowledge to support project management, procurement, and reporting needs.
