Το TATOΪ Club αποτελεί ένα ιδιωτικό Club Μελών με σκοπό τη βελτίωση της καθημερινότητας των ανθρώπων που έρχονται σε επαφή μαζί του. Βρίσκεται στη Βαρυμπόμπη μέσα σε ένα πλούσιο φυσικό περιβάλλον και βάση της φιλοσοφίας του είναι η ολιστική προσέγγιση στην ευεξία. Από την άθληση, την πρόληψη και τη διατροφή μέχρι τη χαλάρωση και τις κοινωνικές στιγμές, το Club επικεντρώνεται στη συνολική ευζωία των Μελών και επισκεπτών του, προσφέροντας ένα ευρύ φάσμα προσωποποιημένων εμπειριών που αλληλοσυμπληρώνονται.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Εξυπηρετεί και εκτελεί τις πωλήσεις των σνακ/sandwich στη θέση του μπαρ, καλή επικοινωνία με πελάτες και προώθηση προϊόντων delicatessen.
- Συνεργασία με την ομάδα του μπαρ και παροχή βοήθειας ώστε να διατηρείται η εύρυθμη λειτουργία του χώρου.
- Προετοιμάζει και εκτελεί με ακρίβεια τις συνταγές σύμφωνα με τα συνταγολόγια και τις διαδικασίες υγιεινής, διαδικασίες FIFO και HACCP και ασφάλειας που έχουν τεθεί από τον Head Chef, καθώς και παρουσιάζει όμορφα τις παρασκευές του πόστου ευθύνης του.
- Εφοδιάζει το πόστο της ευθύνης του με τα απαραίτητα υλικά και τον εξοπλισμό που αφορά την προετοιμασία και το service, και ενημερώνει άμεσα τον υπεύθυνο βάρδιας για τυχόν ελλείψεις ή υποστήριξη που χρειάζεται λόγω φόρτου εργασίας.
- Ενημερώνει άμεσα τον Sous Chef για οποιοδήποτε θέμα που αφορά φθορά εξοπλισμού ή τραυματισμό/ασθένεια προσωπικού.
QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES
- Τουλάχιστον ενός έτος προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
- Καλή γνώση της μαγειρικής τέχνης και δεξιότητες εκτέλεσης.
- Δυνατότητα εύρυθμης εργασίας υπό πίεση σε απαιτητικό και πολυάσχολο περιβάλλον.
- Οργανωτικός. Συνεργάσιμος. Ήρεμος.
