- Καθημερινή επεξεργασία των εγγράφων στο τμήμα ασφαλειών ζωής.
- Καταχώρηση των δεδομένων σε ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα και παρακολούθηση των αιτημάτων.
- Διαχείριση και καθημερινός έλεγχος των δικαιολογητικών για τη διασφάλιση της διαδικασίας πληρωμής.
- Διαχείριση ερωτήσεων και παραπόνων πελατών σχετικά με την διαδικασία της αποζημίωσης.
- Διατήρηση και ενημέρωση του ηλεκτρονικού αρχείου πελατών
- Προετοιμασία στατιστικών αναφορών
**Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα**:
- Απόφοιτοι Α.Ε.Ι, /T.E.I. /I.E.K. (ιδανικά με κατεύθυνση σε ασφαλιστική επιστήμη)
- Τουλάχιστον 1 έτος εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office
- Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
