Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς μας ανάπτυξης, η εταιρεία DEMO ΑΒΕΕ αναζητά έναν συνεργάτη για τη θέση του Customer Services Officer, για την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και την άμεση διαχείριση των παραγγελιών.
- Λήψη, επιβεβαίωση και διαχείριση των παραγγελιών από τους πελάτες.
- Επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες για διευκρινήσεις σχετικά με την παραγγελιοληψία.
- Καταχώρηση των παραγγελιών στο σύστημα ERP SAP.
- Έλεγχος των πιστοληπτικών καταστάσεων των πελατών, μέσω SAP.
- Καταχωρήσεις παραστατικών και λογιστικών κινήσεων στο SAP.
**Requirements**:
- Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή Οικονομικά
- Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Άριστη γνώση Ms office (Excell, word)
- Εμπειρία στο ERP SAP θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά
- Άριστες Επικοινωνιακές και Διαπραγματευτικές Δεξιότητες
- Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και στην λεπτομέρεια
- Συνεργασία και Ομαδικότητα
