Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
Αξιολογεί τις προσφορές και δημιουργεί συγκριτικούς πίνακες
Διαπραγματεύεται τους όρους της εκάστοτε συμφωνίας με τους προμηθευτές
Ελέγχει την ορθότητα των παραγγελιών και παρακολουθεί την έγκαιρη εκτέλεσή τους
Προετοιμάζει και διαχειρίζεται τις συμβάσεις των προμηθευτών για υλικά και υπηρεσίες
Επικοινωνεί με όλα τα τμήματα της εταιρίας για την κάλυψη των αγοραστικών τους αναγκών
Αναλύει και παρακολουθεί το κόστος των υπό αγορά υλικών και υπηρεσιών στα πλαίσια του εταιρικού προϋπολογισμού
Δημιουργεί ετήσιες προβλέψεις αγορών
Συνεργάζεται άμεσα με το λογιστήριο για την ενημέρωση που αφορά σε συμφωνίες και οικονομικά στοιχεία προμηθευτών
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
Πτυχίο σε Οικονομικά/ Λογιστική ή άλλο συναφή τομέα
2-3 έτη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
Καλή γνώση Αγγλική γλώσσας
Καλή γνώση MS Office
Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα
Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
