**Ευθύνες και καθήκοντα**:
Ευθύνεται για την υλοποίηση του συνόλου ενός έργου βάσει των προδιαγραφών της μελέτης και εντός δεδομένων προθεσμιών
Έχει πλήρη γνώση της μελέτης του έργου αρμοδιότητάς του
Ελέγχει την εφαρμοσιμότητα της μελέτης και ενημερώνει τον τον Μελετητή του έργου για τυχόν ελλείψεις ή υπερβολές της μελέτης
Καθοδηγεί τους Μηχανικούς του Έργου στην επιλογή των υπεργολάβων του έργου
Έχει την συνολική ευθύνη για όλες τις εργασίες των συνεργείων του εργοταξίου
Καθοδηγεί, ελέγχει και υποστηρίζει όλους τους Μηχανικούς του Έργου
Έχει την συνολική ευθύνη για την καθοδήγηση των εργοδηγών/εργατοτεχικού προσωπικού των υπεργολάβων του έργου
Φροντίζει για την διατήρηση καλών σχέσεων συνεργασίας με τους υπεργολάβους στα πλαίσια εκπλήρωσης των υποχρεώσεων των υπεργολάβων για την ομαλή υλοποίηση του έργου
Φροντίζει να δίνονται λύσεις σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα ανακύπτει κατά την εκτέλεση του έργου
Φροντίζει να δίνονται λύσεις σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα ανακύπτει στην συνεργασία μεταξύ των διαφόρων συνεργείων του έργου
Φροντίζει να είναι ενήμερος για οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα σχετίζεται με την εκτέλεση του έργου
Φροντίζει για την άψογη επικοινωνία του προσωπικού του έργου με τον πελάτη
Ελέγχει και πιστοποιεί τις τμηματικές παραδόσεις/πορεία εργασιών των υπεργολάβων έναντι της αντίστοιχης σύμβασης και εγκρίνει τους λογαριασμούς εργασιών
Προβλέπει την πιθανή αλληλεπίδραση των εργασιών των διαφόρων συνεργείων στις εργασίες του έργου για την αποφυγή προβλημάτων κατά την εκτέλεση των εργασιών
Λαμβάνει πρωτοβουλίες μείωσης του κόστους του έργου κατά την επίβλεψη των εργασιών (παραμένοντας εντός προδιαγραφών)
Η θέση αναφέρεται στον Construction Director.
**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα**:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού ή Πολιτικού Μηχανικού
Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε εργοτάξια κτιριακών ή και βιομηχανικών ιδιωτικών έργων τουλάχιστον 8 ετών
Γνώση H/Y, MS Office, Autocad
Βασική γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Ακεραιότητα
Εμπειρία και ικανότητα διαχείρισης υπεργολάβων
Εμπειρία και ικανότητα διοίκησης υφισταμένων Μηχανικών
Υπευθυνότητα, πρωτοβουλία μέσα στα πλαίσια των αρμοδιοτήτων του και εστίαση στο αποτέλεσμα
Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία
Δυνατότητα εγκατάστασης εκτός έδρας για διαστήματα μέχρι 6 μήνες το χρόνο
