**Επιθυμητά προσόντα**:
Πτυχίο σχετικό με Πληροφορική
Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε IT support (Tier 1 ή Tier 2) ή άλλη θέση σχετική.
**Προσόντα και δεξιότητες**:
Κατανόηση συστημάτων πληροφορικής, δικτύων και διαχείρισης βάσεων δεδομένων
Ικανότητα διάγνωσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες με έμφαση στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση
Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και δεξιότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου
Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος)
Η θέση απαιτεί εργασία σε βάρδιες για να καλύψει 24ωρη λειτουργία του τμήματος
Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για τους άνδρες υποψήφιους)
