
Front Line Support Officer

Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.
We are looking for a Front Line Support Officer to manage customer correspondence, handle customer requests, and conduct credit validation for restructuring applications.
Reporting to the FL Support Manager, the role has the following responsibilities:
- Processing customer correspondence and requests efficiently;
- Handling informative letters related to loan details;
- Performing credit validation for loan restructuring applications;
- Archiving documents in the file management platform;
- Communicating effectively with customers to address inquiries and issues related to the above responsibilities;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- 2-3 years professional experience in loan operations and collections, with a deep understanding of related processes and customer communication best practices;
- BSc Degree ;
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills;
- Ability to work across multiple systems and platforms;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Comfortable working in high pressure environment ;
- English fluency and strong communicational skills, both verbal and written;
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
