DDB, on behalf of its subsidiary IGNOTA, is looking for a Digital Content Manager to support the creation, management, and publishing of content across the digital channels of DDB’s clients.
Working closely with the Social Media & Content Management team, Account Managers, and Creative teams, the Digital Content Manager will support the day-to-day implementation of each brand’s digital content plan.
The role focuses on ensuring that content is accurate, consistent with each brand’s identity and tone of voice, appropriately adapted to each digital channel, and published on time and according to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, adapt, and publish content across digital assets, including websites, landing pages, newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms. Manage and update content through CMS platforms, such as WordPress, Umbraco, SharePoint, or similar systems. Support the maintenance of content calendars and publishing schedules, coordinating with the relevant internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Adapt existing content according to the channel, format, audience, brand guidelines, and communication objectives. Work closely with Account Managers, Social Media Managers, Creative teams, and other stakeholders to implement content briefs and digital communication activities. Perform content updates, uploads, formatting, linking, and other day-to-day publishing activities across digital platforms. Proofread and quality-check content before publication, ensuring accuracy across copy, links, formatting, images, and basic UX/editorial requirements. Support the implementation of editorial guidelines, content best practices, and brand tone of voice. Stay informed about relevant digital trends, social media formats, CMS capabilities, and content practices. Support the monitoring of basic content performance metrics and contribute to reporting activities when required. Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to continuously improve content quality. Key Accountabilities Ensure the accurate and timely publication of content across the relevant digital channels. Maintain consistency in terms of brand voice, messaging, tone of voice, and editorial standards. Ensure grammatical, linguistic, and editorial accuracy across published content. Follow agreed workflows, briefs, publishing processes, and deadlines. Coordinate effectively across multiple ongoing content tasks and projects. Escalate potential content, publishing, or quality issues to the relevant team members when necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of professional experience in Content Management, Digital Content, Copywriting, Social Media, Editorial, or a related role. Experience in creating, editing, proofreading, and adapting digital content across different channels and formats. Hands-on experience with at least one CMS platform, such as WordPress, Umbraco, SharePoint, or a similar system. Good understanding of social media and digital content environments. Familiarity with digital writing, copywriting, and basic UX writing principles. Ability to work with brand guidelines and adapt content according to different tones of voice and audiences. Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiarity with digital collaboration or project management tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality. Adaptability, accountability, and willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Nice to Have Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment. Familiarity with more than one CMS platform. Basic understanding of SEO principles, accessibility, analytics, or newsletter platforms. Exposure to UX writing, digital campaigns, or content performance reporting.
