• Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints,
• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
• Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors,
• Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
• Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,

Profile Profile With an electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree, you have at least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects. Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Spanish and English.
