Senior ERP Support Consultant
Channel S1 Services- Mid Market
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Provide expert partner support via telephone, email, and e-ticket.
- Respond to and resolve partner issues efficiently and effectively.
- Support partners throughout implementation and provide user training.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and report product malfunctions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and lead process workshops.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or in relevant field
- 4+ years of proven experience as an ERP Consultant
- Hands-on experience with SoftOne ERP is a strong plus
- Good knowledge of Commercial and Accounting Processes
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
