ERP Technical Consultant
Services ES Installed Base - Enterprise
Your Role
As ERP Technical Consultant you will participate in multiple ERP projects throughout the implementation life cycle, including design, mapping, testing, and go-live support.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Meet business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze and define customer’s requirements about business processes
- Create technical solutions design and implement software according to business requirements
- Provide feedback on developing new functionalities and improving existing, according to customers’ needs
- Provide training to achieve user smooth introduction to the new functionalities and software environment
- Work closely with project team to prioritize customers’ needs and proactively identify and resolve problems
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in relevant field
- Hands on experience in ERP or other software implementation or technical support
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
