What you will do
Day to day you will listen, find the answer and make sure nobody is left waiting. The team supports shoppers of a large online retailer, from order questions to returns.
- Sort out complaints calmly and leave the customer feeling heard
- Spot patterns in what customers ask and pass them on to the team lead
- Answer incoming customer contacts and see each one through to a clear outcome
What we are looking for
- Native or near-native Dutch, plus good English
- Right to work in the country (or the ability to obtain it) – ask us if unsure
- Clear, friendly written and spoken communication
- A calm, patient approach when conversations get tough
The details
Location: Athens, Greece
Work model: Remote
Hours: 8 hours a day, 5 working days a week
Start dates: 2 November to 23 November
Relocation: Support available
Dutch speakers are also being hired in Portugal.
