What is the job?

The work is about turning a customer's problem into a solved case, clearly and kindly. Teams span payments and fintech, social media and online platforms, car sharing and mobility and technology, software and online services.

• Keep up with product and process updates as they roll out
• Work toward quality and response-time goals set for the team
• Follow up on open requests until they are properly closed

Who can apply?

• Native or near-native Dutch, plus good English
• Comfortable using computers, several systems at once and a headset
• Clear, friendly written and spoken communication
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to work the shifts described

How does it work?
