Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:EL Sales Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and optimize warehouse operations for electrical and electromechanical products. Each day, you will coordinate workflows, supervise teams, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory and dispatch processes. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining high standards in safety, compliance, and team performance.The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-onsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities, and recommending technical improvements.Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.Supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.Recommending measures to improve service quality and departmental efficiency.Conducting periodic stock takes and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.Motivating and organizing teams to meet productivity and KPI targets.Qualifications for the role:Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with electrical or electromechanical products.Strong knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is a significant advantage.Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.Electrical engineering or other technical degree is a strong asset.Experience in warehousing for electrical products is highly desirable.Fluent in Greek and EnglishBenefits:Receive attractive remuneration based on your experience and skillsAdditional financial benefits, such as annual bonus and internal share purchase program.Private medical plan (including offers for family members)Private Pension PlanSeize individual development and training opportunities, from job specific to soft skills.More about usElectrification provides leading electrical distribution and management technologies, solutions andservices to electrify the world in a safe, smart and sustainable way.
