Our company is looking for a
Credit Control Specialist
to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing credit risks, ensuring the timely collection of receivables, and communicating with customers to ensure effective processes in a demanding and dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

Managing credit risk and overdue receivables in the courier sector

Communicating with customers for debt collection (phone, email, written)

Collaborating with sales and customer service to ensure timely payment

Monitoring compliance with payment terms

Performing credit analysis and risk management

Supporting accounting systems for account monitoring

Providing payment and liquidity reports

Ensuring customer satisfaction without violating payment policies

Participating in the development of debt collection strategies

Communicating with legal services for legal collection procedures

 Integration into the Accounting Department as a Full-Charge Accountant

Required Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

At least 2–3 years of experience in a Credit Control position or a related role, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with clients

Good knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)

Ability to analyze data and make quick, informed decisions

Knowledge of the legal framework regarding business credit and debt collection

Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Desired Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems (SoftOne & ACS OnLine)

Knowledge and experience in the transportation or supply chain sector

Very good command of English
