Location: Athens, GreeceRole: Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative Salary: €1,450 gross per month plus Fixed monthly bonus: €250 gross plus Performance bonus: Up to €300 gross based on KPIWorking Hrs: 40 hrs per week between Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Overview of the companyOur client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and their vibrant Athens office is one of their European multilingual hubs where they support multiple well-known brands in a variety of languages. They are currently recruiting Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative for their Athens office - this role will offered as a hybrid position after training. The roleIn this role, you will engage with B2B clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth for a leading global technology company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is ready to take their career to the next level in an international environment. Main Responsibilities:Prospect and engage with potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.Qualify leads and identify opportunities to support the sales pipeline.Build relationships with decision-makers and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.Work closely with the account management team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.Achieve monthly KPIs and contribute to overall sales targets.Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
