As a Senior Technical Product Owner, you'll be a key driver in evolving Betsson's Sportsbook - focusing on scalable, data-driven, and resilient technology that powers our offering. 
You will bridge the gap between offering, technology, and product strategy, ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality betting content, APIs, and integrations that enhance pricing accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency. 

You'll collaborate closely with trading, product and engineering teams, leading initiatives that shape the future of Betsson's offering — delivering innovative, robust, and performance features that keep us at the forefront of sports betting. 

A taste of what you will be doing 

Own and drive initiatives that enhance overall system performance (pricing, risk management, event creation, resulting, trading tools). Own and drive initiatives that aim to enhance the betting content available to Betsson Sportsbooks.  Generate and qualify ideas on how to improve betting markets, odds management, and trading efficiency, ensuring strong market competitiveness. Collaborate with your peers within the Offering stream and stay on top of the latest developments from a third-party data integration perspective. Translate product and stakeholder requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, with a focus on APIs performance Be the Go-to person for anything Betting Content related, be it the Betsson 3rd party betting content providers, or the modelling of betting content within the Betsson stack.  Manage and prioritize the backlog for Sportsbook offering related work. Hold demos with trading and product stakeholders, where applicable, gathering feedback for iterative improvements. Document requirements, flows, and product designs in detail, ensuring clarity for development and trading teams alike. Partner with trading leadership to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to refine our Sportsbook offering. Work together with product owners of other value streams and filter & prioritize incoming requirements  Work with the tech leaders to maintain the product backlog for technical stories. 

Requirements 

3+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in agile environments. Strong technical understanding — able to converse confidently about system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and deployment processes. In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Sportsbook flow: hierarchy creation → pricing → → resulting. 3+ years' experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools Experience working directly with development teams to define and deliver robust product features. Able to handle BAU flows without losing the product focus. Strong understanding of data quality, automation, and content integrity within large-scale systems. Proven ability to work across distributed teams and multiple stakeholders (product, trading, tech, commercial). Engineering, Computer Science, or quantitative degree preferred. Product and/or project management certification(s) are an advantage.
