Role Summary – Senior Technical Manager

You will lead TEMAK's technical department, guide engineering teams, support complex projects, and ensure the successful delivery of reliable, high-performance water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the technical department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of engineering projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and field service teams.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
  • Optimize technical processes and workflows.
  • Support decision-making in demanding situations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in
    Mechanical
    or
    Electrical Engineering
    .
  • 5+ years
    of experience in industrial or technical operations.
  • Strong understanding of
    automation systems
    .
  • Excellent command of
    English
    .
  • Proficiency in
    engineering/design software
    and digital tools.
