Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for branding, content creation, and strategy?

 is looking for a 
Marketing Expert
 to elevate our brand presence and help us connect with more homeowners and future clients.

About the Role:

As our in-house 
Marketing Expert
, you will take the lead in shaping and growing the 
Limar Homes
 brand. From developing a strategic marketing plan to rolling out engaging content across all platforms, you'll be key to driving awareness and trust in what we build.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive 
    marketing strategy
     aligned with business goals.
  • Create high-quality 
    social media content
    , 
    blog posts
    , and 
    newsletters
    .
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.
  • Manage the brand's online presence, including 
    website updates
     and 
    SEO
    .
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop 
    campaigns
     and 
    promotional materials
    .
  • Track and report on campaign performance to improve future efforts.
  • Graphic design support for marketing materials (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite is a bonus).

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in 
    marketing
    , 
    content creation
    , and 
    branding
    .
  • Strong 
    writing skills
     for blogs, newsletters, and web copy.
  • Knowledge of 
    social media platforms
     and email marketing tools.
  • Graphic design
     background is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
