Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site
Business Analyst
to join our team.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business processes, enterprise information management, and modern digital transformation practices. You will be involved in analysing requirements, designing workflows, and supporting the configuration of Papyros ECM modules.

The role also offers exposure to
AI-driven features, such as automated metadata extraction and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) search,
collaborating with internal teams that design these new capabilities.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, and client stakeholders to ensure that every project is delivered with clarity, structure, and measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to
  understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
• Analyze and document current processes,
  identify pain points, and recommend improvements aligned with Modus's product offerings.
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to support
  the implementation of ECM solutions, e
  nsuring business requirements are met effectively.
• Assist in the design, development, and testing phases,
  bridging the gap between technical teams and business users.
• Participate in the implementation and customization
  of project modules using Papyros solution design tools and Structured Query Language
• Develop and maintain product documentation,
  including user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications.
• Conduct workshops,
  gather user feedback, and facilitate communication among various teams.
• Support project delivery
  by assisting in planning, risk management, and change requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a
  Business Analyst
  or
  Functional Consultant
  preferably in IT and/or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of
  business processes and experience in requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of
  RDBMS technologies (SQL)
• Basic understanding of
  APIs, REST principles,
  and use of tools such as Postman or cURL for testing or validating endpoints.
• Excellent
  analytical and problem-solving
  skills.
• Proficient in creating
  functional and technical
  documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of
  Intelligent Information Management, LLMs and/or Low-Code/No-Code
  platforms is a plus.
