Θέση πλήρους πενθήμερης απασχόλησης (πρωινή - απογευματινή βάρδια)

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Εποπτεία της καθημερινής λειτουργίας των χώρων ευεξίας και θεραπειών
  • Εκπαίδευση θεραπευτών
  • Συντονισμός και καθοδήγηση θεραπευτών και προσωπικού
  • Διασφάλιση άψογης εμπειρίας πελατών και σωστής ροής κρατήσεων
  • Έλεγχος ποιότητας, καθαριότητας και προετοιμασίας των χώρων
  • Υποστήριξη της Διεύθυνσης με λειτουργικές αναφορές και προτάσεις βελτίωσης
  • Εφαρμογή και παρακολούθηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
  • Προώθηση υπηρεσιών, πακέτων και προϊόντων ευεξίας
  • Καθοδήγηση θεραπευτών στη σωστή παρουσίαση και επικοινωνία των θεραπειών
  • Συνεργασία με τη ρεσεψιόν και τον manager για άρτια εξυπηρέτηση και εσωτερική οργάνωση

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Προφίλ:

  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (άριστη χρήση γραπτού και προφορικού λόγου) και άλλης θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Συνέπεια, ευγένεια, ομαδικό πνεύμα.
  • Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση.
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις.
