H Mar-Bella Collection αναζητά Accommodation Manager στην Κέρκυρα.

  • Διαχείριση και επίβλεψη των καταλυμάτων προσωπικού (καθαριότητα, συντήρηση, κανόνες λειτουργίας).
  • Διασφάλιση της ορθής κατανομής δωματίων βάσει της πολιτικής στέγασης και των προτεραιοτήτων.
  • Επικοινωνία με τα νέα μέλη του προσωπικού για την ενημέρωσή τους σχετικά με τη διαμονή τους (check-in / check-out διαδικασίες, κανονισμοί, παροχές).
  • Διατήρηση και ενημέρωση αρχείων στέγασης προσωπικού.
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Συντήρησης & Καθαριότητας για την άμεση επίλυση τεχνικών ή λειτουργικών θεμάτων.
  • Επίλυση θεμάτων ή παραπόνων που σχετίζονται με τη διαμονή του προσωπικού με επαγγελματισμό και διακριτικότητα.
  • Έλεγχος της τήρησης των εσωτερικών κανονισμών στις εγκαταστάσεις διαμονής.
  • Υποστήριξη του Τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού σε διαδικασίες υποδοχής και αποχώρησης προσωπικού, όπου αυτό σχετίζεται με τη διαμονή.
  • Υποβολή αναφορών στο HR για την πληρότητα, τη συντήρηση και τη γενική κατάσταση των καταλυμάτων.
Requirements
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή σε θέση διαχείρισης προσωπικού / λειτουργιών.
  • Οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών θεμάτων ταυτόχρονα.
  • Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Άριστη χρήση υπολογιστών και MS Office.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας με διακριτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματισμό.
  • Προϋπηρεσία στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο.
  • Εμπειρία σε θέματα οργάνωσης στέγασης ή φιλοξενίας.
