Customer Service – Norwegian, German, French, Finnish, Danish or Polish speakers

Workster partners with the largest outsourcing company in Greece to find experienced Multilingual Customer Service Specialists to work remotely anywhere in Greece or from their office in Athens. The successful candidates will support customers for different industries and brands.

We are currently hiring native or near-native speakers of:

Norwegian, German, French, Finnish, Danish or Polish (plus good English).

Your Role

  • Support customers in your native language over phone, email and occasionally chat
  • Achieve your weekly and monthly targets as part of a multicultural team
  • Provide exceptional customer experience in every interaction
  • Represent your brand professionally and with dedication
  • Document each interaction in a dedicated CRM system
  • Take part in department initiatives, provide feedback/updates, promote collaborative solutions, and support colleagues and the wider team

Your Qualifications

  • Native (C1+) level of Norwegian, German, French, Finnish, Danish or Polish
  • Good level of English (B2)
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece or already based there (Athens is a priority)
  • Experience in Customer Support is an advantage
  • Strong abilities to work independently and as a team player
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to work with process and information changes
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet and software applications
  • Ability to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
