Senior Αρχιτέκτονας Μηχανικός – Fit-Out

Αναζητούμε Senior Αρχιτέκτονα Μηχανικό με εμπειρία 10 ετών και άνω, για πλήρη απασχόληση στο εργοτάξιο του Παιδιατρικού Νοσοκομείου Θεσσαλονίκης. Ο ρόλος εστιάζει στον συντονισμό και την επίβλεψη αρχιτεκτονικών και fit-out εργασιών, εξασφαλίζοντας την άρτια εφαρμογή του σχεδιασμού κατά την υλοποίηση του έργου.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Έλεγχος και τεχνική παρακολούθηση αρχιτεκτονικών και fit-out σχεδίων επί τόπου
  • Επικοινωνία και συντονισμός με συνεργεία, προμηθευτές και μελετητές
  • Παρακολούθηση προόδου και διαχείριση ζητημάτων εφαρμογής σχεδίων
  • Διασφάλιση ποιότητας, χρονοδιαγράμματος και τεχνικών προδιαγραφών
  • Συνεργασία με τις ομάδες σχεδιασμού και project management

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Αρχιτεκτονικής
  • Πάνω από 10 έτη εμπειρίας, εκ των οποίων σημαντικό μέρος σε fit-out ή κατασκευαστικά έργα
  • Άριστη γνώση AutoCAD
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, τεχνικής επίλυσης και διαχείρισης εργοταξιακών θεμάτων
  • Καλή γνώση Microsoft Office

Επιθυμητά:

  • Εμπειρία σε interior design
  • Γνώση Revit θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και συνεργασίας σε πολυκλαδική ομάδα
