Senior SAP Basis Consultant
who will play a key role in managing and optimizing our SAP systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security while contributing to international projects that shape the future of our business.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the configuration, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and other related services
  • Lead monitoring activities for the SAP system landscape and its interfaces, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
  • Identify and resolve technical faults, system performance issues, and troubleshoot complex scenarios
  • Develop and implement authorization concepts to ensure system security and compliance
  • Carry out upgrades, release changes, and install necessary patches to keep the system up to date
  • Implement security management strategies and ensure data protection measures are in place.
  • Support the SAP Service Desk and provide second and third-level support
  • Support key user training to enhance internal expertise and ensure smooth system usage
  • Collaborate in the planning and implementation of international SAP projects
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the SAP system landscape.
  • Create clear and powerful documentation for new processes and system configurations
  • Work closely with IT teams and business departments to align technical infrastructure with business goals

This role is perfect for you if you:

You have a strong background in SAP Basis, a passion for system optimization and administration, and you bring:

  • A relevant academic background with at least 5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant or SAP Administrator
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and related technologies
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA RISE environments
  • Good knowledge of SAP systems, including ABAP and Java landscapes, with strong technical expertise
  • Proven experience in system monitoring activities and performance tuning
  • A hands-on mentality and willingness to actively resolve issues and implement solutions
  • A solution-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Fluency in English (German will be a plus)
