As an
Experienced Consultant
in our
Strategy Risk & Transactions
team in Thessaloniki, you will deliver high-quality financial due diligence, valuation, and modeling services for private equity firms, investors, and corporates. You will join either the M&A Transaction Services or Valuation & Financial Modeling team, contributing to key projects across the deal lifecycle.

Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – M&A Transaction Services

In this role, you will:

• Lead financial due diligence engagements (Quality of Earnings, Net Debt, Working Capital).

• Assess risks, opportunities, and value drivers in transactions.

• Analyze complex financial data to support decision-making.

• Deliver client engagements across industries and borders.

• Build relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Senior Consultant / Manager – Valuation & Financial Modeling

In this role, you will:

• Develop and review valuations for transactions and reporting.

• Analyze business performance, market trends, and financial drivers.

• Build and interpret financial models and benchmarking analyses.

• Present value conclusions in client reports and presentations.

• Lead projects, support business development, and grow your brand.

Common Qualifications

• Minimum
3 years' experience in financial advisory
, audit, due diligence, valuations, or financial modeling—preferably in a Big 4 or international advisory environment.

•
University degree
(BSc and/or MSc) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Strong
analytical, problem-solving
, and
communication
skills.

• Excellent
English
(written and spoken); French is a plus

• Proficient in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and collaborate in high-performing teams.

•
Professionalism
, confidentiality, and commitment to quality.

Additional Requirements – M&A Transaction Services

• Experience with financial and vendor due diligence, transaction structures, and price adjustments.

• Exposure to deal processes and buyer/seller-side support.

• Postgraduate degree or certifications like ACCA, ACA, or CFA are a plus.

Additional Requirements – Valuation & Financial Modeling

• Experience analyzing financial statements, market analysis, and key valuation methods.

• Skilled in building and interpreting financial models.

• Solid knowledge of financial mathematics and accounting principles.
