Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an
IT Project Manager
to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain project dashboards, ensuring visibility of IT project performance across the organization.
  • Establish and enhance centralized project management structures, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to align resources, schedules, and deliverables across IT initiatives.
  • Provide accurate and timely project portfolio reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate issue resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct tactical and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and ensure successful project execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and governance models.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, coordination, or PMO roles within the IT sector.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and reporting/visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
