Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παροχή συμβουλευτικής υποστήριξης σε πελάτες για πακέτα καρτοκινητής
  • Πώληση υπηρεσιών και προϊόντων προπληρωμένης κινητής
  • Ενημέρωση για προσφορές, ανανεώσεις χρόνου ομιλίας και πρόσθετες υπηρεσίες
  • Καθημερινή παρακολούθηση στόχων και επίτευξη ΚΡΙ πωλήσεων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών (κατά προτίμηση στον τομέα της τηλεφωνίας)
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες & ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Ευχέρεια στη χρήση τεχνολογιών
  • Διάθεση για εκπαίδευση και επαγγελματική εξέλιξη
